Study with renowned Directors, Robin McCabe and Craig Sheppard in lessons and master classes during Session 1, and master classes during Session 2.
One guest artist-teacher will give two days of master classes to Session 1 students.
Previous guest teachers include: Douglas Humpherys, Santiago Rodriguez, Christopher O’Riley, Jon Kimura Parker, and Nelita True.
Amy Grinsteiner and Dainius Vaicekonis serve as faculty for lessons and workshops during Session 2.
Dr. McCabe is Professor of Piano at the University of Washington in Seattle and Co-Director of the Seattle Piano Institute.

Ory Shihor, a recipient of America-Israel Cultural Foundation scholarships from the age of 12, came to the United States to study with Jorge Bolet at the Curtis Institute of Music and later graduated from the Juilliard School in New York, where he received the prestigious Gina Bachauer Prize. He is currently a piano professor at both the Colburn Music Academy and the Colburn Conservatory, and guest Master Class teacher for Session 1 at the Seattle Piano Institute, 2018.
Dr. Grinsteiner is Assistant Professor of Piano at the College of Saint Benedict/Saint John’s University, the Institute’s Faculty Program Coordinator and Session II Faculty at the Seattle Piano Institute.
Dr. Vaicekonis is Assistant Professor of Piano at Seattle Pacific University and Session II Faculty at the Seattle Piano Institute.
